Ya sorry :P There has been alot of behind the scenes you have missed with Gindak. I have been trying to help him alot he just refuses to take any advice given to him. Me and midknitte co-cordinate on how things are handled and last nights sitaution wasnt out of the ordindary just you miss GIndak being a very mouthy person

I like what you are doing with the rogs, coordinating clicks and such way to step it up. However, you need to use a little more tact when it comes to trials or you will be the only triton rog again. :P Most players don’t like to be told how to play their characters, I don’t mind cause I suck, but most take offense. So try a different approach, maybe ask if everyone knows this event and what discs to use or post your disc strats in the DPS forum for each event and if you see one of the rogs not performing well just mention to them to check out the post and that it might help improve their parse. I know your pretty competitive but remember its not a competition on who can out parse who (even though that is fun) but the ultimate goal is to get as much dps out of all our rogs as we can to help the guild progress. As for what was said between you and the new trial didn’t need to go that far, a good leader doesn’t lose his cool. If someone says something you don’t like just defuse it and move on. Just some friendly advice bro.
